Have you ever been to technology hell?
It is not fun! In the past week, my tablet crashed. Okay, no problem, right? Get your butt to the store, and either have them fix it, or get a new one! So I did. It was toast, so I now have a new one, and spent two days getting it back to my “normal” apps and programs so that I can use it. Not a day later, my laptop crashed. Dead, toast. Back to the store, where techs informed me that the 9-month old hard drive was gone, not retrievable. Okay, now a new laptop! And another two days loading software, and getting to a state of “normal”. Thank God for a service agreement, and back-ups! All’s good, right? No…the next day, my printer decided that it would no longer play with my new computers. It gave both of them the cold shoulder, and would not connect. I am not sure what grievance precipitated this spiteful decision, but insubordination is not allowed in my kingdom… so back to the store, and a new printer.
I think I am set now…but I am wary! Technology is testing the limits of my friendship, bigtime! Time to re-read my blog on patience!
